We offer self changing international currency converter for customers by pressing on the flag that represents your country. It then will automatically change to the chosen currency which by adding products to your cart you will notice at the top left of the page will add your total without shipping cost before checking out.

Military Shipments

Orders that are placed are to be shipped via US Mail to all military addresses per military regulations. Mail addressed to the military post offices overseas us subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content preparation and handling. Please refer toe the APO/FPO table and the restrictions on the URL. Overseas Military Mail Table – Changes and active APO/FPO table including military mailing restrictions it outlines these conditions by APO/FPO zip codes through the use of footnoted mailing restrictions codes. Convergence is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retentions of your order by customs if it does not pass the inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

Tracking orders placed

When your order gets shipped all tracking numbers will be sent to you by e-mail that you will have to be provided with each placed order.

Returns

All my products are made of the Highest Quality Leather & Steel and are made by Certified Tradesman. If you are not 100% delighted with either the Materials or Craftsmanship of my products, simply return the "Unused Product" All Returns must be reported at our 24 hr watch customerservice@kittenstoyroom.com or a call at our office at 724-342-3484 M-F 710a.m.-7p.m. EST. Sat. 9a.m.-12p.m. EST. and Sun phone lines closed, within 48 hours of the delivery. The product being returned must also be at our address within 14 days of the report made. We do not accept returns or refund on Lubricants, Creams, Gels and Sexual Enhancement Products. Clearance Items are excluded and all sales on Discounted and Clearence Items are FINAL with no return or refund. If an order is placed and cancelled before shipping there will be a 30% Cancellation fee, if an order is cancelled after shipping the cost of shipping is forfeited by the customer and a 50% restocking fee will be applied to any refund.

Changes to orders that have already been placed

Changing orders must be reported to customerservice@kittenstoyroom.com within 2 hours of the original order that was previously made. Please review your invoices that are given for any changes that need to be made. To Add and Delete from cart is real simple by just going to the top right of each screen and pressing the words view cart and press remove to take it off the order and update cart to change the shopping cart estimated total. Just return to the website to add more items to the cart.
