The Steel Maiden Humbler - Metal Ball Stretching Device:

The metal humbler is a device that consists of a metal bar the middle of which secures around the wearer's ball sack and screws in place. When the bar is fitted and placed behind the legs it pulls his genitals backwards. If the wearer tries to stand while in the humbler, intense pressure will be felt as the ball sack starts to pull further from the body. This makes standing difficult and the most comfortable position is to be crawling on all fours. The hole for the scrotum is fully lined for a bit of warmth.
